It is not my first time in this restaurant and the service is always phenomenal, this time Jonnathan served us and the service was super, the waiter was always attentive to the table, we ordered some tomahawks and the presentation was very authentic on the part of the kitchen as well , Manager Fredy was also very attentive to the table, it was a good night thanks to the work team of the Puerto Vallarta restaurant

Desert sampler El Rey was perfect for trying a little bit of everything and cool presentation. Manager Freddie also kept checking in to ensure we were pleased and made us feel welcomed.

This place is amazing, the octopus is unbelievable, so tender it melts in your mouth, the bartenders make the drink to perfection. The atmosphere is to die for and the service is the best I've ever experienced in CT. I love this place. I feel like it is a mixture of Spanish and Mexican cuisine.

The first time in the went service and food was on point. The drinks were dressed up 1st time, and the presentation of everything was amazingly good. The second time out was just a plain drink. We ordered the tomahawk steak on both occasions, 1st time, it was a good size. On Valentine's Day, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for food. The drinks weren't dressed up, and we watched everyone get bigger steaks than us. At this time, the restaurant was not so crowded because everyone ate and left while we were still waiting. When I complained, it was a smaller size for 212$, and they didn't even light the steak up. The whole presentation left the room. I realized why people say never try the same spot twice. I understand that it was busy, but service sucked that night.

Very disappointed, aura our server,first I started order my beer ,with lime, that was roten I ask waitress, for other I was getting other same condition, after 25 mns apps arrive, no side plates not even napkins ,wings was cold she took back to kitchen just put more sauce n bringback to as was cold ,quezadilla looks like someone throwing in the oven, cheese wasn't melt,I remeber, when food and service was exelent,was my second chance, definitely I won't come back again.
