The guy kicked me out because I finished my food quick and I was just sitting there drinking a drink. The guy also smelt like smoke and was extremely rude, this place is definitely not kid friendly it would’ve been if this one guy was not there this guy who was swearing in the pitching and just kept yelling

Best hot dogs on the East Coast. The nostalgia of Rawley’s just makes the food that much better. I grew up in Fairfield but have not lived there since college. When my family and I go back, 4 or 5 times a year, this is our first stop off the highway! If you have not been, definitely go! If you have been, then you are as lucky as I am!

Best onion rings ever! Can't go wrong with the works hot dog. Great mix of flavors. Chili fries are ambrosial. All the fries were covered and the chili is sublime. Grumpy old man took my order but the food made up for his lack of finesse

Best hot dogs, burgers and shakes. Today I was disappointed with the French fries as they were over done, most of them in my order were just shy of burnt

I began eating Rawley's hot dogs when I was in high school more than 50 years ago. There were many great places for hot dogs in and around Bridgeport back in the 70s. There was Tomlinson's (The Greek's), Merritt Canteen, Valley Farms and several others. But the best of these was always Rawley's. I left Connecticut in the late 70s and didn't return for nearly 45 years, so I didn't know what to expect from my old haunts. I knew Rawley's had undergone a change in ownership, so I went back there with some trepidation. I needn't have worried. It's as good as it ever was.
Best hot dogs in CT. Been going there since I was a little kid, I'm in my late 50's now. My father enjoyed it for over 70 years. You can sign ur name on the wall. Lots of history to the place. Highly recommend trying it. You won't be sad if you try it!!!!
