been there twice, service was normal, not tip worthy, they just brought us our food. i would like to note that we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. My friend and i both didn’t tip, may be controversial to others but all they did was bring our food and hung around until we were done. Today, we decided we wanted to go again, we were stopped by the man in the front counter and called us out on not tipping the past two times, i didn’t realize tipping was mandatory, he raised his voice at my friend and I, i quickly stopped him because i am a 17 year old girl getting yelled at by a 40 year old man, I will not handle getting disrespected by a man that is standing there doing nothing. I was told to do take out if i wasn’t going to tip which i think is really entitled of them, especially if they want a tip, that’s not how you speak to a customer. I work in the food service industry and I don’t treat anyone differently whether they tip or not nor do I disrespect and call people out on not tipping. I may be a 17 year old girl, but that doesn’t mean I can’t stand up for myself and my friend! tipping is optional and is earned by how well the service is, if the service is bad, you’re not getting a tip.

I decided to visit rikos for the 3rd time ever and a I asked for a table one of the workers yelled at me and my friend saying that the past 2 times we didn’t tip but we never really got good service they just gave us the food and that’s it they would disappear. Me and my friend got yelled at and were told that if we were going to stay and eat we would have to tip and after some back n forth mind you we’re minors and we always pay for our food we just don’t tip because we don’t think it’s required and it wasn’t good service we got scolded. A grown adult scolding minors for something that isn’t even required and is optional.

Norwalk rikos. had to be my worst pizza ever!!!over done not much tast ,rock hard .my friend gave me 3/4of his pie.we had 2 pies and 2 sodas and a small salad..68.00 with tip and we threw out the pie.never again. !!!!

I ordered pizza from there three times The first two times the orders came and they were not correct Then the third time I placed the order and I called to make sure they got it right and then when I got delivered, I got the wrong order 0 for 3 The pizza was OK But when you order something and wait about an hour for it and then it’s wrong

Kid-friendliness: My kids baseball team came here after a game and the staff gave them free drinks
We went on Sunday ordered two pizzas. One bacon and onion. Bacon was raw pizza oily second one was a meat lover with just ground beef balls and bacon. Not appetizing at all also oily service was slow food got cold fast. The whole place had a cold and unwelcoming feeling won't be going back.

We ordered in. The pizza was pretty decent and we enjoyed it. However, hands down, the most awful wings we have had - they were not edible. I had to question if the wing even came from a chicken. If management is reading this - please consider taking this off the menu or change your vendor. I ate one and really thought I would get sick.

Listen I LOVE Riki’s. I have worked in multiple restaurants and a few pizza places. Making food is not rocket science. And if you are going to offer olives as a topping especially kalamata which I will say separates you from the rest I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you REMOVE THE PITS! Extremely lucky I didn’t crack a tooth because why would I be careful eating pizza when the safe assumption I there aren’t olive pits in the olives! This is a tooth cracking and choking hazard!
