We picked up a pizza when they said to, a salad and wings. No blue cheese or salad dressing as ordered, the pizza was ice cold after a five minute drive home
The salad was actually nice and fresh but no dressing on the side as ordered was disappointing

This pizza was straight garbage. I understand the thin crust, but it lacked cheese and looked like it was left out. We paid $36 for it, and it was not worth it in my opinion. NEVER AGAIN

I’ve been to Riko’s Fairfield location 3 times and I have to say, the appetizers are phenomenal and the pizza is superb! I love the wings and the Signature Burrata for my appetizer selection and the stinger pie is fabulous! Aside from great food, the personnel is what locks in 💯 % satisfaction. Jay, the owner (don’t know his last name) and Justin, the bartender, are the quintessential hosts of your experience! Justin makes the BEST Grey Goose Pear Martinis! It’s a must to visit! been there twice, service was normal, not tip worthy, they just brought us our food. i would like to note that we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. My friend and i both didn’t tip, may be controversial to others but all they did was bring our food and hung around until we were done. Today, we decided we wanted to go again, we were stopped by the man in the front counter and called us out on not tipping the past two times, i didn’t realize tipping was mandatory, he raised his voice at my friend and I, i quickly stopped him because i am a 17 year old girl getting yelled at by a 40 year old man, I will not handle getting disrespected by a man that is standing there doing nothing. I was told to do take out if i wasn’t going to tip which i think is really entitled of them, especially if they want a tip, that’s not how you speak to a customer. I work in the food service industry and I don’t treat anyone differently whether they tip or not nor do I disrespect and call people out on not tipping. I may be a 17 year old girl, but that doesn’t mean I can’t stand up for myself and my friend! tipping is optional and is earned by how well the service is, if the service is bad, you’re not getting a tip.

I decided to visit rikos for the 3rd time ever and a I asked for a table one of the workers yelled at me and my friend saying that the past 2 times we didn’t tip but we never really got good service they just gave us the food and that’s it they would disappear. Me and my friend got yelled at and were told that if we were going to stay and eat we would have to tip and after some back n forth mind you we’re minors and we always pay for our food we just don’t tip because we don’t think it’s required and it wasn’t good service we got scolded. A grown adult scolding minors for something that isn’t even required and is optional.

Norwalk rikos. had to be my worst pizza ever!!!over done not much tast ,rock hard .my friend gave me 3/4of his pie.we had 2 pies and 2 sodas and a small salad..68.00 with tip and we threw out the pie.never again. !!!!
