The employees who prepare orders are incapable of following simple instructions and insist on sending orders incorrectly. For example they'll put dressing all over it when you asked for on the side. Or they'll forget to put chicken on a chicken bowl somehow.

This restaurant has excellent service! I recently went for a chicken burrito and the employee at the cash register was very friendly!I felt the entire staff was friendly and gave such kind smiles. I live in Manchester and decided to come to this side of Fairfield just to visit my family and ended up finding salsa Fresca yesterday night the food was fresh one girl let me try the Baja chicken and actually wasn’t expecting to be with such an amazing flavor to it.Will come here more often the staff was friendly and everything looks fresh and homade made me feel like home.. thank you I loved it

Don’t go there if your black!I went to grab lunch for me and my coworker I had ordered ahead so I could just pick it up, it wasn’t even ready. There is 5 white girls in front of me and two white boys behind me. The staff was very sweet to the girls in front of me and treated them with great service. When it came to me they looked at me like they’ve never seen a women of color before and skip to the boys behind me. I finally spoke up about the order I made and they were ignoring me once everyone else was gone that’s when one of the girls asked what I wanted, and the other boy rushed to make my food, it was made with no love or care or like anyone else’s. When they kept walking away and talking to about me in Spanish and once I paid they were rushing me out the door. Out of the 7 other people I was the only one treated like this not cool.
