High quality sushi with a very helpful and friendly staff. Fast service, but not rushed. I enjoyed it quite a lot. Highly recommend the Sunrise roll for extremely well crafted sushi, also enjoyed the Black Dragon for a unique experience. I carried out this time but the dining room was very pleasant, I'm sure I'd like to come back and eat in the restaurant. Thank you to my friend Bill from Guitar Center for recommending this to me, I guess he comes all the time and couldn't say enough about how much he likes Shiki Hana.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant today. I order from the lunch special menu and pointed out what I wanted to order for here to eat and a to-go. The waitress served us our food. After eating we realized the waitress charged us for full entree size. I even spoke to another employee that worked there and explained to her we order lunch special why are we getting charged entree prices. She was only willing to give a partial refund for their mistake.

I have gotten take out multiple times now and everything has been fresh and delicious. My favorite is the mushroom miso soup. It has a slightly mild earthy flavor from the several different kinds of mushrooms. I have also had several of the cooked rolls, Jazz roll, Dragon Roll, and Lobster roll and the were all well presented and tasted fresh and magnificent. Tonight I tried the Kare Udon, minced chicken curry dish, and it was a whole lot of magnificent flavors packed in. This soup is almost like a stew. There is a bit of a kick and then also a tad of sweetness. The Udon noodles were perfectly cooked and went so well with the dish. Loved it! Service was quick and friendly. While I am so pleased with their take out, I look forward to dining in sóon to try some new items.
Good value for money in Fairfield county, especially as take away. While neither the chefs nor most of the menu offerings are genuine Japanese, the food and ingredients are of high quality and the service is very correct.

I hate to tell you this but i got food poisoning there. this was last year when the owners changed. i was deathly sick for over 24 hours and missed work.I would never claim this if I wasn't 100% sure. I have not been back

This is my new favorite sushi place. I have been told to come here for a while and I was not disappointed. The pictures are of the Shiki Roll (the one with shrimp tails) and the tiger roll which are as delicious as they are beautiful. We also tried the gyoza and it was the best gyoza we've ever had. The service was also fantastic. I love a place where they never let my water glass go empty. =]

I enjoyed myself so much here, I had the rolls which were very good, especially the yellowtail, the unagi, and the soft shell crab. Fresh sushi, good price, no complaints :)
