I have been to Sophie’s a number of times. I have always found the food and service very good and the manager a pleasure to deal with. Their pizzas have an unusually tasty crust and the toppings are very good and some quite creative. Their other dishes are also very good.

Strike 3 I'm out cant keep going to a restaurant that screws up your food. I ordered clams with pasta red sauce - it came out white. The cook took that dish as I watched put some red sauce and sent it back like McDonalds. SO DISRESPECTFUL i WOULD EAT THERE FOR FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is always excellent, and there is both indoor and outdoor space. There is a prix fixe menu also. The staff always wraps everything up so nice for takeout with all the fixin’s. I’m very discerning about Italian food and this is just about the best I have had in all of Fairfield County. Love the pasta fagioli, just like Grandma’s. Maybe better :-). Perfect pizzas, great pastas. I have had lunch there twice and it’s also perfect for meetings. On a nice day, sit outside! With the holidays coming, will certainly be my choice for catering! Ciao! xo
