Always getting my drink remade and the workers are miserable. The policy says if you don't like the drink get it remade but they give me a hard time. Not a friendly place

I just ordered a drink a few minutes ago, and when it arrived, it was leaking from the bottom even though the lid was closed. I called the store, but apparently this location doesn’t offer a replacement drink as compensation. I’m disappointed because I really enjoy Starbucks, but this experience was frustrating.
Had a terrible experience with one of the baristas at this location. Went up to the register to order a regular breakfast sandwich and the girl at the register with the name on her name tag as Natalia was extremely unwelcoming, as I ordered my sandwich she said it was out of stock and as I thought about what I would like as a replacement she kept focusing on other tasks or on her phone while on register.

Ordered iced matcha latte and strawberry frappachino. Both were watery and lacked taste. Waste of money.
Response to Starbucks Owner - I left the store with my drinks before trying them so it wasn't worth going back to complain and waste more time. These were separate mobile orders so since both were watered down and tasteless, one can only think that this is your new policy to reduce ingredients to cut costs.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Starbucks or any coffee shop in my life. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cups of drip coffee that I had to return 3 minutes later.

I went to have coffee on the second floor with my husband and after 5 minutes a young man came up to clean in such an abrupt manner that he was dragging the shovel and the broom and knocking over the chairs, all he made was such a loud noise that at the same time It seemed like he wanted one to leave the place. It was very uncomfortable and it seemed disrespectful to me because one is going to sit down and talk for a while in a calm manner and this young man did everything in a bad way, if he does not like his job it is better that they hire people who want to provide good service.

I ordered venti medium roast coffee and asking milk the girl was so angry … she was so much attitude and ended up I leave the shop without coffee, even though I paid for coffee. Im not going her house asking for coffee!!! I I know this shop is always busy, but she’s nice to with other people. She’s so rude to me because I am Asian so if you have a policy like starbucks don’t serve the Asians you must be in put sign outside.

Have been going to this location for years. Suddenly they've decided to give you a 3/4 filled drink if you order it without ice. That's rediculous considering how much they charge for a drink. Will no longer be going to this location.
