Wow, what a terrible experience!!! Ordered through uber eats and wrong order was delivered: we called and they told us the order was still there and it was uber eats problem and to call them: he then hung up on me! When uber eats called the restaurant to try to fix things they claimed they longer had the order. In the meantime, I have someone else's order and the food is less than mediocre. A new place so rude and unhelpful with blah food.

Uber Eat-ed some spaghetti & meatballs when I was sick with Covid because-comfort food. Everything to me tasted salty and gross (NOT the restaurant--just my taste buds) so I was hesitant but YUM. Hit the spot. Very tasty, and they actually substituted the spaghets for cappellini which is easier for me to eat because of weight loss surgery (I'm a mess, I know). In any event this simple dish was just what I wanted. I got a lot of food for the price too. Will definitely order again and try some other dishes.

NEW OWNERSHIPOur family has frequented Steffano's for about 25 years.Their food was good with good value for dollar.With new ownership, times have changed...for the worse.Their once amazing bread is now tasteless cardboard.Greek salad at $13.50 was a few chopped vegetables with some feta and a thick slice of hard, disappointing bread.Pizza suffered from the same tasteless dough.All good things come to an end.Sadly, such is the case with Steffano's.

Steffano's has changed ownership or is ran by new owners and the food was terrible. I use to order from the healthy corner. Was a great meal. Had lots of vegetables spinach, potatoes, beans and mushrooms with angel hair pasta olive oil. And what I received was horrible. Noodles overcooked, only vegetables was broccoli. Salad with only a teaspoon of vinergarrette dressing. No choices on dressing. The worst ever. Will not be going back???

Honestly all of the bad reviews have to do with Uber eats, and the delivery services... I went and picked up a pizza and it was absolutely delicious I could have had another pie. Perfectly cooked & took less than 10 mins to come out. I'll definitely be coming back.

Ordered a pizza for delivery not far from the restaurant. The guy on the phone was very abrupt but said it’d be 15 minutes. It never arrived and calls to the restaurant weren’t answered. I am guessing it was because it was close to closing time but they should have just said no rather than wasting our time. My son went to bed hungry and disappointed

I recently ordered food from here and i ordered cheese ravioli and a side salad. I ordered it from Uber Eats because I am a college student. The marinara sauce was not good at all. The ravioli was swimming in the sauce. The sauce also left a bad after-taste in my mouth. The ravioli had no flavor. When i went to eat my salad, the salad must have not been packed correctly because the dressing spilled all over me when i went to open the bag. I was unsatisfied with my food.

Steffano's is a great family friendly restaurant in Fairfield! If you're looking to grab a quick bite for a great price this is the place. We ordered a large pie for the table, fried calamari, tuna melt, and a side of fries. If you check in on Yelp you get a free class of wine or dessert too! Our server Tina was such a sweetheart. I would come back again just for her!

Ordered a meal with a dessert the food was fine the dessert (tiramisu) was rotten and smelled horrid like a dead eat not knowing this til it was almost too late i took a bite and puked thank God I didn't swallow that beware with the desserts.

Pizza would have probably been awesome if it was still hot when I picked it up 30 minutes after placing my order. The girl who took my order over the phone and rang me up was either inexperienced or extremely airheaded. Would have been a 4 if my pizza tasted fresher.

Ordered for pickup. Showed up and they forgot my order. They did not tell me and just made the pizza on the spot. When I asked what happened they ignored me. Don’t go here much better options elsewhere.Edit: just tried the pizza and it’s basically doh with melted cheese. Easily THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE.Also, The owner is going to respond and tell me how they are going to use this to improve. They have done this over 100 times and NOPE they aren’t improving. It’s only getting worse

Absolute garbage!! Ordered a meatball grinder and it was INEDIBLE!!! Called the restaurant and the owner admitted they were frozen meatballs!! Called back and the girl said "I just work here". "I'm not responsible for the food!" Then literally hung up on me. Stay away from this place
