I ordered uber eats from here and asked for a chicken dipper (chicken, cheese, flatbread rolled and toasted) and a pepperoni dipper (pepperoni, cheese, flatbread rolled and toasted). My driver told me that subway said they where out of both so I told my driver to surprise me with something else since I also do uber eats and it can be stressful and time consuming to just refund that purchase. Tell me why they just gave me a wrap with everything I requested on it plus like lettuce and cucumber and tomato??? Like how are you “out of the product” and then give me a different “sandwich” with everything I asked for? And also yes I took everything into consideration. Most importantly is the toaster working? Because that would make the most sense right? Yes the toaster was working because I also ordered a meatball sub and it was hot and toasty. So I’m just severely confused and I’ll let it go I guess but really like what????? So weird. Won’t ever do delivery again that’s for sure I guess. Also I didn’t even know there was a subway there and I’ve lived here for over 25 years

Came in and they got one guy running a store on his own. The walk in were skipped for online orders. If the store is such short handed then online orders shouldn't even be a thing. You need to hire people and stop be so damn picky who works for you. You're a sandwich shop not a doctor's office.

The little lady there was rude I was trying to use a coupon that subway sent me she didn’t want to use she said she couldn’t cut the coupon out of the rest of the coupon paper if subway doesn’t want us to use coupons don’t send it them I will never go to that subway again .

After ordering from the Doordash app, every time I come to this branch, it is really annoying that the woman working inside is sullen and does not even ask what I came for, her careless attitude should not be so disrespectful.

I came here at 7pm wanting a sandwich. The gentleman working here proceeded to tell me they are closed. When I showed him that it says that they close at 8pm he refused to make it so I left

This is the 3rd Saturday, I went and they were closed or closing way before the closing hours that are posted. The excuse, I got this time was due to the rain. It was raining but it wasn't a down pour nor a severe thunderstorm.

That man who was there today feb 13 around 12:00 lunch time by himself working was doing an amazing job unfortunately he was left by himself . He should be paid more especially for having to work by himself during the lunch shift tbh . Had a great attitude but I felt bad for him he was taking online orders and trying to make the orders in front of him he deserves better tbh .

I am officially done with this location. The last two times I have been here I have left with a bad sandwich. The onions were bad and smelled horribly making the sandwich uneatable. The meat also tasted old so I threw it out. By far the worst subway I've been to in the area. The workers don't look like they want to be there, and they don't even change gloves between orders which in my opinion they should. I am just lucky that I didn't get sick eating here. Be warned.
I give it three stars because the sandwich tasted good, but I suspect it would taste the same at another Subway franchise.The young man with the braids is impolite; not customer service friendly. He had no Subway uniform (outdoor slippers, dirty socks, and hot pink shorts.) He gave attitude when I requested to toast the bread before adding the meat and vegetables. I tried small talk to break the ice, but it didn't work.??♀️ He was determined to be a j*** that day. I'll go some place else--can't have bad energy on your food.

Well the girl was awesome!! I didn't catch her name but she was nice, made me gr8 sandwich and salad!! A gr8 experience! I was shopping in that area, I wish I lived near there. The Subway in bridgeport is awful and just discovered way over charges me! So this Subway...Excellent!!

Service was great, very clean, very fresh food, and the only thing that was missing and this is a big one for me was no sweet peppers and that is the only reason it is missing a star. The employee did a great job building the sandwich and it had to have been the neatest one I had. They have a special scoop for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that gives you a ton of meat. Very satisfying and delicious just missing those sweet peppers.

I like this subway it's clean parking not to great especially when busy ,also the one girl "taller one" not so friendly it must hurt her to smile she never does other girl is a sweetheart
