I hate this place but my residents loves it. We was there today getting a couple of sandwiches a d the boy that was on was VERY VERY rude!! He had an attitude got loud and he was lucky I was on the clock! This the second time we went and only had 1 worker working. They really need new workers!!
I hope the management reads this.
We were here on August 28th at around 1pm. We wanted to order five sandwiches to go. We asked that two of the sandwiches be toasted, and the others not, and we made clear for each sandwich as it was prepared whether it should be toasted or not.
The employee decided to toast the sandwich that we said not to toast. When he took it out and we said that he had toasted the wrong sandwich, instead of apologising or offering to make a new sandwich, he decided the best approach to take was to escalate by offering to play back CCTV footage, to which we said, politely, that would be fine, because he had it wrong. He then said we could go to another subway, but as we didn’t want to be late for something else, and he had already prepared some of the sandwiches, we decided to stick with it.
Surprised by his needlessly hostile reaction, and not wishing to escalate the situation further, we politely asked if he could make a fresh sandwich. He then said we would have to pay for the piece of bread and cheese that he had toasted by mistake. We said that we did not want to do that, because he had made the mistake.
He subsequently decided that the most appropriate and reasonable response was to threaten to call the police, when we had been nothing but polite, over a toasted sandwich. I don’t know how it works in America, but in England, when people have been polite and pointed out your mistake, and asked you to fix it, as a paying customer, you don’t expect to be threatened with calling the police.
We promptly left and withdrew our custom, taking our business elsewhere. We hope management takes the appropriate action with this employee.

No more tomatoes and green paper, and the rest of the vegetables are frozen. No toilet paper. So not great!

I drove to 3 different subways and 2 different other sandwich shops trying to get a sandwich, the first had the wrong hours online, another was just closing as I drove up, another had its open sign on but it was closed, then again and again until finally I gave up and I happened to drive past this subway, with it's heavenly light shining upon the otherwise darkened parking lot. I ventured forth apprehensively, tested the doorhandle, and it opened! Inside I found an angel, crafting delicious and satiating treats for the masses. He danced about the meat counter melodically, and composed a sandwich like none Ive had. Cause I haven't eaten it yet. I just got home. Thank you. Encore.

The employee that works in the morning Carlos makes a good tasty sub and the store is nice and clean bread tuna cookies nice and fresh I will continue buying my subs at this subway store very nice friendly

I'm extremely impressed with the food server real nice professional spoken young man by the name of Joseph went in yesterday 02/18/2024 with my family to grab a bite and I honestly can say the sandwich was made what my mom will say with love very neat and the young man customer service skills was awesome I will pay a visit again ... Thank you joseph ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst service I ever had from a Subway she was rude and considerate like she had a chip on her shoulder and she treated my sandwich like it was like nothing the food the meatballs are really nasty I don't know why you have somebody like that working

Who ever owns this subway is out to cheat you or never trained their staff on how to make a tuna sandwich. When the girl handed me my sandwich I immediately knew something was wrong. Did not watch them make the sandwich because they have a sandwich counter that prevents you from seeing how bad they make your sandwich. It felt like she handed me a roll with nothing on it and when I got home and opened it I was shocked! It was almost just about bread, very skimpy on the tuna and veggies. I will never go back to this subway. BTW Jersey Mikes is just down the street and you have to wait in a long line, now I see why they are jammed and there was no body in the Subway I went to. Skinny people on diets should not be making sandwiches' for big men with hearty appetites'!
