My 12-year-old son asked for a cup for water and they refused it. Seriously you're not going to allow a kid to have a cup for water! Was also given stale bread and when I ask for extra olives I got four little olives put on my sandwich and the owner said that they have an olive shortage will I guess they have a lettuce shortage too because she put very little of that also on the sandwich !!!! Never had this problem at any other Subway though! You charge $9 for a 6-in sandwich and this is how you treat your customers! this owner is so cheap it's ridiculous ! Won't be going back!

I ordered the festive turkey sandwich and they omitted the stuffing. I called and the person who answered hung up. This place is thee worst. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I recently visited this Subway location and, while the initial experience was fine, I was really disappointed when it came to adding toppings . The staff member at the counter was extremely stingy with portions. Even though I ordered a footlong sandwich, I was told I could only get six pieces of each topping. When I asked for a bit more, not only did the staff member mention the cost of a box of olives, but when I requested extra spinach, she only added a single leaf. To make matters worse, every time I said something, the lady had some sort of response with an attitude. She kept insisting that this was the right way to do it. I’ve never had this issue at any other Subway. Overall, it was a frustrating and unwelcoming experience, and I will not be returning to this location.”

Good service not the worst I've been through, just be clear with your order before you place your order and everything will be okay. The food was good and the prices went up but that's everywhere now and days

I don’t like that they keep the countertop closed. I believe customers should be able to watch…
Spinach was wilting
Employees just throw the toppings on top making the sandwich sloppy.. how hard is it to make a sandwich?

Many issues with online orders. They cant seem to get them correct. I have tried to call the store and no answer. This has been going on for years. When I picked up the order the woman behind the counter was rude and kept arguing with me because I asked why they dont answer the phone. Awful store avoid at all costs.

While the bread was fresh and soft as always, I couldn't help but notice that the meat, cheese, and veggies were noticeably sparse. It felt like I was eating more bread than sandwich. I've had Subway sandwiches before where the fillings were piled high, but this time it was a disappointing contrast.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a long time never had a problem until today Aug15 at around 4:30pm. I went to pick up my order already paid for just to find out that I am missing 2 sandwiches. I asked the two ladies where is the other 2. They said I don’t know and gave me attitude and when I asked other question they said I don’t know. Then when I showed my confirmation they ignored me until I called them back again they honestly didn’t care at all. These two Middle Ages ladies need to go back to basic training and hospitality training because they don’t know how to treat a normal human being/customer. Just fyi I didn’t get my full order.

Can the employees working here (and other Subways, too) stop substituting items, customers order (for delivery) that are out-of-stock, with whatever TF they feel like giving the customer. It's NOT your money you're spending! It IS the customer's money! You guys substitute cheaper items for out-of-stock items that appear in-stock in the ordering app. The value is not even they same but you guys get to keep the extra money. Wow what privilege. Each time this is done I report the item missing, whether it's substituted with the cashier's choice (and NOT the customer who paid for it) I report it missing and get a full refund.Idk what kind of ridiculous logic this company has but you're not going to spend my money on whatever you feel like.
