How does this place afford to stay open is what I’d like to know…I drive past often and it’s a ghost town …no way they are sustaining themselves from selling sandwiches as their reputation keeps taking hits. I’ve had more than a couple negative experiences but this one was the last straw.Employee was right out front smoking a cigarette. As I get out of my car and start walking to the door he puts the cigarette out because he wasn’t finished and stuck it behind his ear. Not what u want to see before u walk into anywhere I’m buying food and then with the cigarette still behind his asked what I wanted …unfortunately no one else was working and that’s the last time I’ve been there. Sad thing is I live maybe a 4 minute walk from this subway but I’m forced to go to the one down the road in Fairfield.

Literally went to the WORST subway I’ve ever been to yesterday. Post Rd in Southport.Meatballs were room temperature. (Clearly not being kept hot per food storage standards). Health department should shut them down. I didn’t finish my food. And this is with them even putting them in the oven to melt the cheese. I mean like they weren’t hot AT ALL.NO BREAD AVAILABLE AT 12 noon… was forced to have a Flatbread meatball sub. Doesn’t work that well with meatballs…Soda machine only had sprite and orange left and it’s one of those coke machines that is supposed to have like a hundred flavors. They clearly haven’t been keeping up ordering supplies.This place was so clearly mismanaged it was insane. They also tried to charge me for a cup of ice which I was angry about since I had been FORCED to get bottled soda.I tipped $4 for two sandwiches. Now I REALLY wish I hadn’t since I just saw that someone posted on fb that some subway owners don’t even give them the tips!!

Very very bad service my husband want to get the sandwich it was around 3:30pm & the guy said he close the dine-in area it’s only take out he was very rude my husband even offer him that we will going to clean the table after we finish eating he said no the fine in area close by 3 pm & he has clean it again got really really disappointed & left the store

In and out. Even if there's a line. The workers know what they're doing, for sure. I'm usually on my lunch break when I go to this one. The woman in charge is always on point.
Went to use the restroom and the man behind the register yelled “ain’t no bathroom,” and they had the bathroom blocked with a table and boxes. The woman who took my order had headphones in the whole time, then told me to move so she could take the next order even though there was a line in front of me.
