I went for the first time the other day and the service was out of the world when I walked in I was nicely greeted I wasn’t sure what ice cream to get so the server told me the difference between all the different flavors and textures the different cones. It was super busy and my large cone and my milk shake and I got it in under 3 minutes the same girl made both and did every other kind gesture in my review her service and kindness was so good I had to ask for her name and it was Paige I usually don’t do this because I have gone to many different places to eat but her kindness and service was off the charts Paige doesn’t deserve a raise she needs a raise the is the best working person in the state I would say she is amazing and hope more people can be like her and follow in her footsteps great first time experience and I couldn’t. Be more proud of Paige she was the best work and most kind hearted person I. Ever interacted with #give Paige a raise!!!

Our family is always impressed by the staff and friendly managers they have especially on a busy weekend night. We swung by their Fairfield turnpike location & it really hit the spot for some seriously good ice cream… here’s a photo of their gelato station 🍦

Always nice and friendly staff when we go in. My favorite thing about this place though is their hours, open late for the perfect after dinner snack.

Ice cream is fine. Over priced. The set up is disorganized and it's difficult to order. Prices are going up everywhere, but it would be easier to handle if the people working in there weren't so apathetic and nasty. I don't plan on going back.

Parking: Parking lot is an odd set up, but if no one is there it's easy to park.
