Tipping is a voluntary act of appreciation for service, not a mandatory charge. While businesses can implement service charges, they must be clearly communicated to the customer beforehand. But when I ask my request or concerns about why I was asked about a tip ??? wow I couldn't enjoy the time to the fact of a tip from me to them.. I ask what if I had a 50 it wouldn't matter... I'm so disappointed with sweet basil !! seriously though wow how this hurts one of my favorites spot until today.......... what a disappointment 😞 !! I'm staying away from this spot 😒 from now on... they lost a my money 💰 and support stay away and find a place that truly appreciate your money and time in there ad establishment no respect for my color ...........or race ............... not veteran friendly!!...................

Great food, reasonable prices! They do both Sushi and Thai food very well. We only tried the Pad Thai, but both chicken and shrimp were tasty and portions were abundant. The Sushi roll with salmon, tuna and white fish was very good also.

They gave me a bowl with old food in it....and when asked to speak to manager , I waited 15min , just to ask again they said she was busy...I had to ask for them to take the service charge off...I spent almost $30 for medium warm food on dirty plates, bowls ...the girl hurried and took it back to get me a cleaner one , but did you scrape my food and put it on a cleaner plate 🤮
