10/10 dinner experience. I came here about 3 years ago 2 times and this was my first time back since moving back to the area and one of the servers or perhaps the owner ( unsure of his exact title) welcomed me with open arms and even let me let me know that he remembered me. The meal was amazing.

I came on a Saturday to speak with someone regarding a catering event for my work and I met with Rupesh. What can I say - he was most attentive and helpful - he made it such a pleasant experience - the icing on the cake was, he invited us to come on Sunday as the restaurant offers a lunchtime buffet. I took him up on his offer and went with my family - what a surprise, he had asked the chef to change the buffet offering to include some of the dishes that I had ordered for my event so we could do a tasting - Rupesh went above and beyond not only with our table but with other customers who were also there for their amazing lunch buffet - great food, service and thank you Rupesh - you are a gem and an amazing asset to your employer and to the Taj-Fairfield restaurant

I really hated the Onam sadya kit they packed and it was very disappointing. The staff here improperly pack the payasam part as when we order 3 Onam set kits, there were only 2 types of each payasam for the Onam set kit instead of 2. The majority of the dishes in the Onam set kit tasted very salty and the ada payasam was extremely slimy. The price for each Onam set kit is $30. The containers were very small.
I hope they make changes and address them.
