Incredible experience. Food was phenomenal. The portions were large and seasoned perfectly. Lasuni Gobi was cooked to perfection and is my gauge for how good an Indian restaurant is. Taj has delicious staple Indian and tandoori dishes including entrees from the Kerela region of southern India.The cleanliness, attention to detail and personable service is excellent.Their daily lunch specials are a phenomenal deal and top notch quality.I have had tikka masala, vindaloo, saag, and others. All have been really good.Their pepper shrimp and tandoori chicken wings are a delightful start to any meal.Naan, rice and vegetable fritters are quite enjoyable and better than many places in the area.Taj, unlike many, has been able to remain consistent in quality, cleanliness and cuisine for years now.

Our family used to live in India, after moving to Fairfield we often come here as the food is so good and authentic. Today I took my friend from Taiwan for lunch, she never tried Indian food and she loves it! She said she will always come back with her family and friends too. We specially love Masala Dosa and the excellent service from Mr Binu!

Best Indian in Fairfield with an excellent brunch on Sundays starting at 12:30. The food is simply fantastic and service is always so friendly and hospitable. We often get takeout as well which is equally as delicious and plentiful. Their lunchbox specials at lunch are also extremely well priced and delicious more than enough for 2 lunches!

I'm writing this review because recently I visited this place , this is my experience , coming to food , it's awesome , The thing is there is a waiter his name is "vinu" this guy doesn't even know how to behave with customers ,he is behaving very rude with customers, he forced us to rate him on Google review .
Valentine's Day dinner was perfect here! Everyone was so kind and attentive. We were given a complimentary rose, as well as the dessert! It had a really nice ambiance with lighting and music. Great place!
