The food is completely out of this world and hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in the Connecticut area. I leave baffled and astonished each time, it’s really hard to be this consistent as a restaurant for food quality yet it seems to be easy here for them to do so. Along with the friendliest and professional front of house staff around, this place is a must try! Bring your friends!!

Great spot in Fairfield! The drinks are top notch, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

We arrived 15 minutes before they opened for the evening and initially were turned away, which was fine, and as we were walking back to our car, one of the employees followed us and called us back to say they could let us in to start serving us so I guess a manager Saw what happened and wanted to make good on that. We were the first ones in and had no wait for a menu and drinks. However, I was given a water glass with lipstick prints on it and had to ask for a clean glass. We also had to ask for utensils when our food came, and then we were offered more napkins, which was nice.
The alcoholic drinks were small, but potent and tasty; we had two margaritas each, that were served in short glasses. The food itself was adequate. I had a vegetable fajita that had a ton more broccoli than any other vegetable in the dish and I would’ve liked a little more variety, but it was cooked and prepared well. My friend had a chicken fajita and he seemed to like it. They have only one bathroom, And one patron was taking an inordinately long time and then, when her young child kept banging on the door, she let him in to use it while the rest of us were still waiting. I Walked away, hurriedly paid my bill and needed to get out of there so I could use a bathroom somewhere else. This was not the fault of the restaurant, although they may want to consider having a second bathroom considering the size of the restaurant since it holds a fair amount of people.
With two entrees, one appetizer of guacamole, and two alcoholic drinks each, our bill came to over $117, which I thought was a bit high. I realize these days costs these days are high everywhere, But with everything as it happened, I don’t feel that it’s worth going back here.

Food was terrific, they start you off with freshly made tortilla chips and two salsas verde and roja (green and red) which are exquisite, crispy and light. I ordered their spicy tequila, not for the faint of heart, but I loved it. I got a chorizo quesadilla which was amazing. The tres leches cake was a 10 out of 10.
Staff was super attentive, helpful and responsive. I love this place, highly recommend it. If you want a night of great food and great drinks this is the place to go.

Margaritas are some of the best around for a great price. Try the corn soup in the fall time. A great spot for dinner & pre game. I just wish they were open for lunch or later for drinks on the weekends. Other than that, no complaints here

Atmosphere was great, servers friendly
But the food and drinks here not so much…
Bland tacos, bland huevos rancheros. Margarita was cheaply made and overpriced.
Best food was the tortilla chips that came free
Would not return

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican, large plates, margs that will knock you on your butt, this is the place to go in Fairfield County! We visit quite often and tell as many of our friends as we can to try out Tequila Revolucion. Always the rice & beans 😍😍 the chips and guac are life changing, and the fish tacos are my personal favorite. But I try to get a special whenever I can because they never disappoint. Seasonal faves are the elotes, and soup, if you can catch them. Cannot say enough good things about the staff & their hospitality. GO HERE, you will not regret it.

The steak quesadilla had some tough pieces of meat. The flan was bland.

Without a doubt the best Mexican food in the area and one of our favorite spots in town. Everything on the menu is good but highly recommend going with whatever the specials of the night are. Cocktails are also excellent (especially the margaritas).
