Lovely experience! The fried goat cheese app was delicious as well as the cocktail shrimp. I love my waffles crispy so I was excited when they came that way and with fresh berries. It was wonderful! Great service. I didn’t love the red sangria a little too bland and watery for my taste

I just hosted a small bridal luncheon at The Sinclair. Everything.... from the food to the service.....was fabulous. I worked with Guillaume in finalizing the plans for the day. He was incredibly efficient and creative; every last detail was planned out. Our server, Bri, was attentive to everyone and couldn't have been more helpful. All of the guests were so complimentary and everyone was happy. If you haven't been to The Sinclair, you truly must give it a try. I highly recommend it and count it as one of my favorite restaurants.

We decided to host a going away party for a coworker here. We are a normal group of people, not causing any type of disturbance, enjoying our cocktails. Then around 8pm the manager comes over to myself and two of my black coworkers and tells my black coworker that they needed to leave. We asked why- we weren't being loud. We were near the bar having a normal conversation. The manager responds, "We don't want your type here- looking directly at my darker black coworker." We refuse to leave. Then the manager says to me (I am white), "now I'll have to kick you out too." I said "please call the police as this is a violation of our rights and we didn't do anything wrong." And proceeds to call the police on my black coworkers. They were clearly racially profiled and escorted out by police. I'm just so angry and disappointed in the conduct of the restaurant owners and management at this establishment. My coworkers then went nearby to the other restaurant (the Sinclair) owned by the same people and AGAIN were racially profiled and asked to leave. None of my coworkers will ever go here again and we will tell everyone including the Department of Justice what happened that night. This is totally unacceptable and utterly embarrassing, nevermind illegal. Do not go here. Shame on you.
Took my mom here for her birthday. She got the salmon which she kind of liked, me and my sister both got the burger which we enjoyed. I also got the clam chowder fries which were good.
Overall its a small restaurant and its very dim lit, but I enjoyed the ambience of it.
The only complaint I have is the people who wait to pick up the dishes while your sitting there is a little awkward. Looking up and having them watch your table and then come right over, I mean I like table with room but they were legit just watching us like seagulls a ta beach lol.

My boyfriend and I go there often but we wanted to invite his parents and they came with us this time. I’ve never seen them more pleased with everything ever. From when you walk in to when saying goodbyes you feel like royalty. Will always recommend this place to everyone.

This past weekend I held a sorority brunch event in the patio of the Sinclair, held by manager Guillaume. Not only was his customer service amazing, he made all the girls feel welcomed and special. Service was quick and attentive, and the food was delicious. The servers and managers were all super personable and easy to work with! They also added complementary coffee for everyone and the sorbet at the end too! 10/10 experience , I recommend to everyone !

The attention to detail is not often seen when dining. It's the little and subtle things. Hello; how are you; how's your meal; is there anything we can do to help your dining experience? This not only came from the waiters, it also came from the hostess, bar tenders, managers, table setters, and cleaning team. Kudos!!!
Every food selection arrived timely and most of all, HOT! Kudos!
The food will bring you to the restaurant, the staff will keep you coming back often!
Enjoyable experience, start to finish!

Genuinely not sure how this place has such great reviews. The food and drink weren’t great… at all. I’m not saying it was awful but many better options. As I’m writing this I’m debating whether I should include the following because shit happens, but I have to. My glass literally smelled of bleach. The server was kind to replace, but it affected entire visit. I questioned everything from the plates, to the utensils and of course the food. Kind of a skin crawling feeling, disguised by “cute” plates and glasses & interior decor… will not be back. So disappointing. Definitely overhyped. Others who joined me had been there once before and said this wasn’t their first “negative” experience here. Another who was trying for the first time smelled the chemical/bleach and also did not enjoy the food. Gives unsanitary vibe. Almost forgot, upon arriving, one staff member brushes past our group aggressively/ rushedly (place isn’t busy) “EXCUSE ME”, my sister and I immediately look at each other like ¿ and just laughed it off but in reality like… give us a damn second to walk through please+ there was plenty of room. Just bad experience overall.

We were thrilled with the impeccable service from our server /bartender who made the best hibiscus margaritas! The food was delicious and the beautiful leather booths super comfortable! It was one of the best dining experiences we have enjoyed in a long time from the signature lobster lollipops to the mussels and fresh baked bread & sweets we will be back soon!

I recently dined at The Sinclair in Fairfield, CT, and it was an outstanding experience. The ambiance is cozy and modern, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was the star—each dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The menu offers a great variety, and the cocktails were excellent. Overall, The Sinclair is a must-visit for anyone in the area!

Came here for my besties birthday dinner. It was such a great evening. We sat "outside." Which is heated. Loved it! The wait wasn't bad at all for a Saturday night. It was packed, but we waited for only 20 minutes. We decided to get drinks at the bar. The queens favorite mule and the twig and berries were so yummy! We ordered a few appetizers - shrimp cocktail, Buffalo cauliflower, fried meatballs, and the Mariniere mussels. Everything was delicious!! I was full lol so I decided to get a ceasar salad, which was tasty. My friends ordered the chicken parm and the pork chop Scarpellio. Both were delicious! I'm definitely going back for the pork chop scarpellio! The desserts were delicious as well. The service was great. Everyone worked together as a team. The restaurant is gorgeous. Overall, had a great experience. This place is definitely worth checking out!
