The Tasty Yolk (Food Truck)

I finally got to try Tasty Yolk and holy heck is this sandwich good!

just checked out the tasty yolk in Branford & it was scrumptious! super friendly, knowledgeable staff & so many choices with interesting twists..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the menu is so huge it's overwhelming. I would like to go back and try some of the other items that are for lunch. I ended up getting a kid's box because what I wanted was way smaller than the usual fare. it was really good. definitely a place to try a few more times because it's extremely interesting and so many different things to try. everybody seemed pretty happy there and the food was fresh and the people were nice.

We had two amazing sandwiches while on a road trip and it was fantastic to have by the beach. I personally recommend their brisket one, but everything tastes amazing. Plus, both guys in the truck were super friendly. Super recommend!

Long live The Tasty Yolk!

I love a lot of the bacon egg and cheeses you can find around Fairfield, but there's just something about "The Pig" that gives me a total mouthgasm every time I take the first bite.

Why can't you guys bring your magic to NYC? BECs are seriously lacking in quality here and no one seems to realize it. Every place uses yellow American cheese, the eggs are scrambled by default, and the bacon tastes cheap and few places cook it right.

Please take New York by storm and end this plague. And start on the Upper West Side, preferably.

Ok so what if I call it the Fat One? The Fatone is awesome breakfast sandwich we all enjoy. Always on time as promised and tasty even after a 10+ minute drive

We hired the Tasty Yolk food truck to serve breakfast at our Sunday post-wedding brunch and oh my goodness, best decision ever!! The food is AMAZING and exactly what everyone was craving after a long night of dancing and drinking. It was so nice that people could grab breakfast and sit, or if they were trying to hit the road, the Tasty Yolk packaged everything up so nicely. They had a variety of food packages to choose from, and also provided drinks and coffee for our guests (the Gatorade was a hit). The team was extremely easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding, and so wonderful, professional, and kind the day of. They were a perfect way to tie a knot on our wedding weekend!

Amazing! Bacon had the perfect crisp to it. Their special was unique in honor of Oktoberfest. Right by the beach with great customer service. What’s more to ask for?
