The Whale Tea - Fairfield 琉璃鲸(费尔菲尔德店)

Cute little place with fantastic bubble tea. Staff is wonderful too, when we accidentally made a mistake on our order they made a new one for us complimentary.

The Whale Tea here in Fairfield, CT is absolutely amazimg compared to other The Whale Tea throughout the U.S.. What’s great is that they have this special rolled ice cream which is a bit pricey but worth it! You get 6 rolls i think, i forget and it will taste amazing thats for sure. You can even watch them make it! It only takes about 30 seconds to make it.

The place was okay. The price is think was fair. It was $60 for 7 of us one size option for the ice-cream.

Easy to order, order was ready in less than 10 min. This was my order, it was still enough sweet even though I ordered 50% sweet. So yummy and fresh.

Bathroom had no toilet paper. I told the employee and she neither acknowledged me nor did anything about. I tried to order at the kiosk and IT DOES NOT LET YOU ORDER IF YOU DONT LEAVE AT LEAST $1 TIP. Seriously? They aren’t even taking orders, nevermind have table service 😆 GTFOH

Great variety of boba teas —- this place also used to be rolling moo ice cream and they still serve rolled icecream too it’s super neat! Great place for a sweet treat and they stay open late as well.

The bubble teas was fresh and full of flavor, with a great variety on the menu. the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better .perfect place for bubble teas

Services friendly and fast. Some nice spots to sit down. Enjoy it and plenty of parking outside. It's easily walkable if you're in town or downtown hanging out.

The best bubble tea shop in all of CT. My personal favorite is the matcha fresh milk tea and the brown sugar tea is great too. They also serve ice cream and other drinks so please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
