Just been there few minutes back, After asking and paying for extra ingredient several times, They just said ok but still gave me the drink with literally much less than regular.The one in Milford and Westport have great service and friendly staff.

Always go here for a refreshing drink on my own, with family, or friends. 100/10 recommend for anyone, creme brûlée brown sugar milk tea is my go to for anyone interested. The ice cream is also so good !!! Will go here forever :)

I used to love the place and the rolled ice cream were the best but since today I don’t think I’ll be back. The customer service was terrible, Since we start ordering the guy was throwing everything and giving us a bad attitude.

Well this is the second time I've ordered from here and the second time I've been disappointed. This time I ordered from the kiosk and ordered incorrectly. When I questioned the order I was told "oh yeah you're supposed to do this", "you'll be fine." I said this isn't what I wanted but nothing further happened despite expressing my disappointment and I left feeling unhappy. They didn't offer to fix it. I started to walk out but then rather than walking out disappointed again I went up and said this isn't what I wanted, I just want it the regular way. The staff said ok and rang up the drink. I was surprised when I was charged for the drink. As a business this is your opportunity to make your new customer happy by fixing the misunderstanding and encouraging your customer to come back but instead I felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I don't think I'll be taking the chance on this place again.

I ordered the brown sugar milk boba, and it basically tasted like milk with barely any flavoring. I was incredibly disappointed as I paid $7 for it and barely drank a few sips. The tapioca was disappointing as well, more slimy than usual. There is a good amount of indoor seating though, which was very clean.

Dont really know how they are. Their web said open i drove 25 min there for them to say they changed hours. But i could get something. I wanted rolled ice cream and i couldnt get that. So i just hurried and picked something stupid. Regret. Fix ur internet hours
