Worst experience if I could give a zero I would. Was chastised by owner as our 5 yr old needed the rest room. Said did not have one. But they did. Asked for an extra bag 3 times no one heard - kindly reached behind the counter to get one.Basically said don’t come bag again- food was awful worst I ever had.4 adults 2 children spent over $100. Threw out the lentil soup inedible. - proceed at your own risk. Worst attitude

If I could give zero, I would. I just had the worst experience ever from the owner of the establishment. I would never go back again and I’ll be sure to notify my social media following of this so that they don’t have a similar experience. The last time I came, I was given dry burnt chicken shiwarma to eat. The owner is rude, disrespectful, has extremely poor customer service, and is probably racist as well. Very unfortunate as this used to be my go to spot when I’m in the area. Not only did he offend me but he also undermined his employee’s intelligence. I’m disgusted and will never return. I hope my social media fan base will never go there as well.

I was first introduced to Yalla at the Downtown Milford Farmers Market where I picked up some hummus and the eggplant. They were a regular stop for me.After the DMFM closed for the season I took a ride to the shop where I was able to pick up lunch and some items for home. The set up is such that you build your own from the selection. The owners are very helpful with suggestions and the portions are pretty generous. The shop is simple with a few tables and chairs inside and outside.The is also a fridge with premade items to go. This location has several food businesses so if you're meeting someone there and they want something different they don't have to go far.

The food was the highlight but I really wish they could give bigger portion sizes for the money. Went there for the first time for lunch today (ordered pickup) and for $22, I would have expected my salad bowl to have been double the size. It seemed more like an appetizer size vs meal. Lettuce and greens were really skimpy - hope that can change and I’ll definitely be back bc it was tasty!

Clearly marked vegan items! Wow what a simple thing, but it truly makes finding food when traveling a lot easier! I loved the falafel bowl and all the toppings you can choose from were fresh and tasty and not too salty! The baba ganoush was a little too lemon-y for my liking, but still very good! Loved the hummus and the garbanzo beans the most!

I hate to write this review because the food is great, the service is great BUT these people handle the food in an unclean way. I eat at this place FREQUENTLY and have spent hundreds here but I won’t be eating here anymore. While they are serving the food sometimes they are touching non food items. When you first walk in, if they’re doing something else you would think they would wash their hands before putting on gloves but they just put on the gloves without washing their hands. They’re using their dirty hands to touch the part of the gloves that will ultimately touch your food. It’s as if they think the gloves are meant to protect their hands from the food when it’s actually the other way around. They’ve also done other stuff that was just down right gross and multiple people in this establishment have displayed this behavior. I’ll just make my own food at home or eat elsewhere. If they do this in front of the customer, I can only imagine what they do in the back. NO THANK YOU

I found the food at Yalla's Organic Hummus to be absolutely incredible! I ordered a Yalla Falafel bowl with red pepper hummus, rice, and mixed veggies. The food came out tasting fresh, clean, and healthy. The service is fantastic as the lady was both professional and prompt at taking my order. I received the food shortly afterwards as was overjoyed by the taste. The ambiance of Yallah is very chic. I found the shop to be clean, straight-to-the-point as the workers make the bowl in front of patrons, and beautiful with a touch of solid wood finishes throughout the store.

We were looking for something quick that had good flavor and lots of veggies. Yalla checked all 3 boxes. The food was so delicious that we even got wraps to go to eat on our flight home.
