I am editing my previous review because there has been a noticeable, friendlier atmosphere in Fancy Bagels. My old review stated how the staff were heard talking smack on customers openly, but I’ve heard nothing but kind words from the staff there the past few times I’ve been there. And the bagels are the best in the area. The Southington location is great too.
There quality has gone down there customer service has gotten really bad was in line for over 5 minute other people came in and the server had them cut the line and served them before people waiting in Line
Fancy Bagels has been consistently serving great bagels, sandwiches, and coffees for over a decade that I’ve been coming here! The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING! the bagels are freshly made daily and all sandwiches are made to order! They even make their own cream cheese! You can’t go wrong with visiting for a great bagel and a hot coffee! Be patient and you won’t be disappointed! Love fancy bagels!
