Excellent food and atmosphere. Guess the night we went they were super short staffed so the owner was our person which was a nice treat. Olive oil was superb the bread was soft inside with a crispy crust ideal for dipping. Salad was simple but layered with flavors. Their steak was near perfection. It had burned ends but the inside was tender and free of any fat, could not ask for a better cut or cooking of. Sauteed veggies also had a good blend of flavor and savory taste....
We enjoy the Italian cuisine choices that are so flavorful, fresh and well prepared with modern twists to the ingredients. The specials menu is spot on for the seasons. A “come back” place!
Sad to report Piccolo's is going the wrong direction. I will say the food was good but service was weak and no bread. It was very sparse for a Friday night. No one even a the bar!
