Great hand made Italian ice
I always go to this Rita’s, love it. I don’t know who was working tonight but there was two little blonde girls that were gossiping right before we walked in. The second we opened the door they gave us the nastiest look, so rude the whole interaction till we left they were so judgmental. Coming from a foh manager they definitely need to be humbled.
Not as good as the one that closed in Southington
We visit often and have always had pleasant experiences ! Clean shop and friendly service with a great product!!

Lots of flavors and options
Ordered a quart of pina colada italian ice for Fathers Day. Very tasty, had pieces of coconut. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

Too expensive
Went here for some custard. Delicious as always. The woman waiting on us, although appeared nice, she lacked enthusiasm and ultimately seemed like she didn’t care to be there or take our order.

Ordered a small and a large custard. They handed me the large and I said “this is a large?” Confused as it was smaller than the small I had ordered. The girls didn’t say anything to me. Didn’t offer to make a larger size. Skimpy Skimpy. I also inquired about a small cup for my dog. They charged me $1.50 for a 3 inch spoonful on a cover. Poor service, tiny sizes. This is my last time going to Rita’s.
