I always go to this Rita’s, love it. I don’t know who was working tonight but there was two little blonde girls that were gossiping right before we walked in. The second we opened the door they gave us the nastiest look, so rude the whole interaction till we left they were so judgmental. Coming from a foh manager they definitely need to be humbled.
Went here for some custard. Delicious as always. The woman waiting on us, although appeared nice, she lacked enthusiasm and ultimately seemed like she didn’t care to be there or take our order.
The two girls working tonight maybe shouldn't be working in the front of the store. There was also not w single other person in the store so it's not like they were rushing or busy or maybe didn't hear me. I asked if they could do a pint of custard. She says no they don't do pints. Okay, no problem, I ask for a large. Neither girl says a word. The second girl makes it. I say thank you, no answer. I ask for a cover...nothing, not even a head nod. She turns around...
