I have no idea how this location stays in business. Not once have they had all the ingredients to make a menu item, ie sausage egg and cheese on a crosant, they don't have crosants. Breakfast sandwich with hash browns, they don't have hash browns. This morning they just weren't open.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Very dirty and unsanitary, they NEVER have all the requested items to put in a coffee. Espresso machine works for 1 day every 2 months. Highly recommend going out of your way to another D&D to get your coffee made correct.

Only thing I can recommend is that this location seems very short staffed. 4 employees all working very hard and very busy. I noticed people behind me left as the person in front was getting lots of donuts and drinks and food. If the manager sees this please tell them to put on more staff so the employees aren’t over whelmed as I left I noticed drive thru was also very busy cars were moving but I believe with more staff could be even better

I don't mind the fact that I had a 25 to 30 minute wait in the drive through I understand that sometimes in the mornings it gets busy but when I get back to the office the order was wrong it was simply supposed to be 2 donuts and a black coffee I got the 2 donuts that's fine but rather than black no sugar the coffee is light sweet this isn't complicated

No matter if there is someone in front of you or not you have a ten minute wait and are always late to where you are going..... what a joke maybe hire more people since who you have cant handle 2 cars in 15 minutes later still waiting in the drive thru

I don't drink coffee so I'm not big on Dunkin however anytime I go in with my kids they always give them Free donuts they are always pleasant. I met a new girl about a week ago maybe a little more she worked in Franklin she has short green hair and a bull nose ring she was a breath of fresh air I was having a bad day and that young lady helped me so much. My kids said her name is Leah but I'm not 100% sure. If that is her name just keep going girl you are amazing.

Ordered 3 lattes and I got 3 cups of warm milk. Usually im ok with mistakes being made, but for gods sake, forgetting the coffee in the coffee? Crazy. If you order coffee here enjoy your warm milk.
