Definitely a take out restaurant. Unfortunately when we went to dine in the owner was cooking and assisting patrons. We had to wait a long time to order. Dinner was ok but meatballs cold. This restaurant fell short. Sorry. I cant go back.

The atmosphere at Village Pizza is great but the service is what keeps me coming back. The owner knows his customers by name and order, and you can tell he takes pride in his restaurant. You can find him not only at the front counter but in the kitchen as well when needed whipping up pizzas, grinders, gyros and more. I highly recommend the bbq chicken pizza!

I was surprised at the variety of food served. My friend and I ordered grinders, and they were good. The service was great, and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch. I've had take out pizzas from Village Pizza that were excellent. Many people here don't know that this is a sit-down restaurant. The owner was our server and cook.

Horrible. Burnt Pizza.Don’t waste your time!Was quoted a price without tax included 15.50. Was charged 19.50. When I asked about it, I was told that was tax. When I got home I did the math. 7.35% sales tax came out to 1.14. So I called & was told there is also a credit card fee (????) of 3.8%. That equals .63cents.This happens EVERYTIME we get food from Village Pizza!I have reported them.Also noticed they increased the prices AFTER I submitted this review. Thank goodness I have a screen shot of their menu from Friday (recorded all the phone communication too).It is illegal to charge customers credit card fees in the STATE OF CT.Attorney General has been contacted.
