Excellent customer service!! Ordered on DoorDash and was not pleased with the service. I had called 1000 degrees and they were fantastic handling the situation with doordash not only reaching out to them but immediately put a new ordered and delivered within less then an hour to us. Food is amazing as well as customer service!! Highly recommend!!
Service was amazing ! I was greeted by a young lady and a man whom seem to be the owner. Very warm duo.I ordered some wings because they looked delicious online. The sauce was amazing but the wings did it no justice. I ordered six wings and was technically given five and what seem to be a part of a wing. I didn’t request any additional wings because it wouldn’t be worth the hassle. Next time I’ll go for boneless .Maybe even try the pizza . As I believe this place has a ton...
