I ordered the baked haddock it came out uncooked told the waitress she reordered it can 25 minutes later in the meantime she the food in front of me then she the dinner without the sides this place is poor needless to say she charged me for the meal

I visited the 99 Restaurant in Glastonbury and while the food was tasty and satisfying, the service left a lot to be desired. It was very slow, and it was hard to even get a waitress’ attention. Unfortunately, the lack of attentive service took away from the overall experience. I won’t be returning.

Heard about a shrimp/sole special on the radio while we were on a car trip so we looked up locations and decided to try it. Got there right at 5 pm, nice and quiet except for the TV's from the bar area. Staff was efficient and kind, so service was good and prompt. We'll go back for other items on the menu we'd like to try since the specials were attractively priced.
Food was prepared well. Burger was cooked perfectly.

Went to 99 rest in Glastonbury, ordered fried shrimp, they arrived burnt, spoke to manager, she stated that’s how they do them and they change the oil once a day. Service lousy, no smile, not concerned that food was returned to the kitchen. Will never go there again
