We enjoyed the bread service.

Food might be ok but the staff seems very unpleasant if you're a minority. They look at you and question you like you're a thief and it's really degrading. I enjoyed their food but I think it's time I go elsewhere. From the moment you walk in, you can feel an unwelcoming atmosphere, either by how you're greeted, or how you're questioned about a carryout order. I am not sure if other patrons get treated this way, but I as a minority certainly do and I've had enough. Also they constantly forget items in my carryout orders.

Saying they have good food would be an understatement !! So far I’ve tried a burrito, nachos, cheese fries, and their chips and queso and was not disappointed with any of them!
The barbacoa beef is delicious! & I LOVED the queso! Everything is super fresh ! And the prices are GREAT for the portions you get!
10/10 recommend !

I ordered the Cali burrito with chipotle chicken and it did not disappoint! Great mix of flavors and the fries inside are crispy.

If I could rate Bajas higher I would. Every time I come to this restaurant I’m welcomed by a delicious scent of authentic Tex-Mex cuisine, and a friendly and welcoming crew of workers. The food is out of this world delicious, and the “Wet Chimichanga and Burritos” are the best served wraps I’ve had in Glastonbury. Keysy is the best too, I’ve never seen a kitchen so clean and always full of food. The ingredients are always fresh smelling, tasting and looking. As well as the environment feels well maintained and clean.
Everything about this place is awesome especially the workers who make sure everything is top tier.

I used to go to Moes at this location in Glastonbury and loved it to pieces. BAJAS is a far cry from their quality of food, atmosphere, and friendliness of the current crew. I waited a few minutes to place my order. All three staff members were congregated at the pay station, arguing with a patron who found a mistake with his order. It sounded like trouble. Eventually, a crewperson returned to start my order. He made my two tacos by throwing everything roughly into the taco shells. Plop, plop, plop. They did not look edible by the time he finished. I also ordered chips and salsa, and was informed that was $3 extra. I said ok. As I ate the tacos, I noticed the shrimp and chicken were cold. The chicken and shrimp should have been heated. I won't ever give BAJA my hard earned money anymore. The three staff members did not seem to get along. They stressed me out.

Tough service, communication break down. Meals served in to-go packaging, not a friendly feel. This is a cafeteria set-up, however the total presentation and restaurant gave a very clean representation. Regardless, there's still the bacteria inviting spread. Also, Fresh is just marketing, nothing fresh or different about their line. I had a BBQ pulled beef or pork crunchy taco, as well as a Chipotle Chicken and a ground beef (more like chili beef, w/ what seemed, it's fair share of grease). Honestly though, I'm not complaining, they were all very good!! Just not fresh in the context of the name of the business. There seems to be a few problems with this specific restaurant but the food was good enough, I'm going again, soon.

Clean establishment. I went back twice in one day! The food was fresh, the deep fried burrito was not oily. Absolutely better than chipotle & cava!

Nice traditional Mexican food best around

It was fine. Large portions. If you're going for something you might get at Chipotle, your better off at Chipotle.

Decided to give this place a shot today! Ordered online for pick up as I was working and had to be quick. Pick up was easy as it was ready when I got there but when I got back to work realized my bowl was made wrong. I specifically asked for no beans and the amount of black beans I got is actually ridiculous. As I’m at work and cannot leave I tried to call the store 3 times and all 3 times no answer just never ending ringing. I’m truly so disappointed as I planned on this being my new lunch place daily by the reviews!

Always good food. Staff not as uplifting as the other locations. But I’m glad they are expanding.
