I went in for a vanilla shake, the girl was non verbal to start, she just stood there looking at me, so I assumed she could not speak, I then asked for a medium vanilla shake, she gave me 3 scoops of vanilla with over a quart of milk. I told her then it was too much milk, she says it’s a lot of ice cream, I was under the impression that she could not speak. She proceeded to blend it and poured it in a cup.this was a large cup of iced milk. I told her I didn’t want it, she just walked away. Wow, my suggestion is to just drive past them and go to Ben and Jerry’s next driveway over.

Baskin Robbins has their full menu available on Door Dash, but then doesn't have any of the available flavors. This is not the first time this has happened, then unfortunately the driver and the customer get punished because Baskin Robbins can't be bothered to update their menu? Thankfully Door Dash sorted it out, but if you're providing an online service, it is important that customers know what you have.

I want to give a big shout to you guys for closing 45 minutes earlier then your hours so I almost wasn’t able to pick up the cake I ordered for a birthday celebration, luckily someone was in the store and unlocked the door. Also thank you for over charging on the cake that I ordered when it was clearly marked at a lower price. And finally that you for completely screwing up the ice cream cake by making it with the wrong ice cream after confirming twice over the phone with you.A very underwhelming experience to say the least.

So I walk into this place, there's a Baskin Robbins with a cashier station and a Dunkin donuts with a cashier station.I went to the Baskin Robbins cashier station seeing as I was picking up an overpriced $50 cake and there's nobody on the Baskin Robbins side. I waited at least 15 minutes, I even called.Finally a Dunkin donuts employee looked at me so I asked if there was anyone working at Baskin Robbins. She said it was all one line.Let me get this straight. I'm supposed to go into Baskin Robbins and just automatically know to not go to the Baskin Robbins cashier station but go to Dunkin donuts instead? Are you kidding me?I wasted at least 20 minutes of my time and I was already running late. If you want people to go to Dunkin donuts to pick up their cakes put a sign up telling them to do so. Ridiculous.
Great place, great staff. It is a dunkin and Baskin Robin's so some flavors aren't available but the staff make up for it

We all screamed for ice cream !? The kids had a ball with all the free samples & the staff were very friendly. The store was well stocked with ice cream & donuts so there was lots to choose from. My only gripe was the dirty tables. Otherwise, all was great!
