The girl that was working today 17/ September 2025, at 6:30pm was so nice and kind to me, she made my first experience at a Ben and Jerry’s very good and I plan to come back! She deserves a raise and she’s very sweet and was very quick with making my order, she was also very patient when I asked for a few samples since I’d never been here before!! 10/10
Me and my family went into Ben and Jerry's in Glastonbury a couple Saturdays ago. My son is Lactose intolerance and I heard Ben and Jerry's offers ice cream for lactose. My son is picky and I did want to share that a scooper by the name of Mickayla helped my son pick a good flavor. She shared she's lactose intolerant too and she gave him samples of each ice cream to try. It's rare to find someone who takes there time with customers, especially children. We...
So many different flavors to choose from and theirs dairy and non dairy which is also great. My kids enjoyed their ice creams and so did i, will definitely be back and the staff was friendly and nice also.
