We LOVE a Bertucci's caramelized onion, roasted eggplant, and sausage pizza! Better than the local wood fired oven pizza!! And the closest Bertucci's is almost 30 minutes away, so we don't get it that often ?

We visit occasionally and do really like Bertucci's in general. It's great that there is still one left local to us. Most of the time, the food is pretty tasty which is why we come back. However, the last few times we have seen a sharp decline in quality. The rolls are no longer fresh, the pizza has been burnt and just overall is lacking flavor. One thing has always been the same here though, the staff as a whole always look miserable. No one smiles or communicates....
