Horrible, HORRIBLE, customer service. The lady charged me extra to make the milkshake thick, after I was willing to charge more for something I shouldn’t have to she then added more and more milk, obviously making it a watery shake. When I pointed that out she got an attitude with me. Make it the way the customers want. she kept on adding and adding milk so I just left. Wish i could give 0 stars.

I got two large Sundays with two toppings each it came out to 1963 and the ice cream and the whipped cream didn't even clear the top of the bowl it seems that the pictures on the wall displaying how big a large ice cream should be shouldn't even be there because this is like a small from Friendly's

Gave us the wrong size cake and made us pay for the larger size we didn’t want.Wasn’t ready when we got there.When we initially ordered the small cake, they told us it couldn’t be customized to our specifications due to the size of the cake. We accepted and changed our request to fit on the small cake.They gave us the large cake with the small cake decorations. Charged us more than double because of the cake size.Cake wasn’t ready at pick up. The whole experience was chaotic. There are plenty of other fantastic cake options near by, I’d go there.
