Terrible! The man and women working here are so rude. My daughter politely asked if she could try a flavor and the women responded no so rudely. The place appears very dirty and unsanitary. It needs a good cleaning. Was so uncomfortable with the environment that we left. Would not recommend.

Welcome to the ice cream shop with lots of attitude and arrogance!We visited this shop yesterday with friends & families (a party of 17-18 individuals including kids). Most of us ordered ice cream.1) the space is so CRAMPED that it did not allow all of us to even stand comfortably. It has just one table with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools.2) the man behind the counter is RUDE that he does not have any courtesy to talk the customers in a polite way. For sure we will NOT VISIT this store again. He lost the possibility and opportunity to ensure that the customer will return again, WHO CARES!Note - I am giving 1 star just because I am not able to submit the post with 0 stars.

The guy behind the counter was rude to me when I ask him if I can use the bathroom (with an abrupt NO.) This is while my girlfriend was ordering from him.Ive been in here before and this guy is so cheap with his portions its not funny but I continued to buy from him.I even tipped him even time I was there.Well buddy you won't be seeing us there anymore. This is what happens when you are rude to people.

Going to get ice cream is supposed to be a fun treat. Carvel ice cream is delicious, but the owner has zero personality and is not friendly or welcoming. Very stingy with the portions and overall just unwelcoming. Not a fun experience.

Awesome work! That did my sons Dinosaur Cake in less than a days notice! It came out awesome!

The cakes are so beautifully done at this location. The woman that makes them is able to fully customize to whatever you wish! She made us a lovely Super Mario themed cake for my son's birthday and even gave us some extra "crunchies" on the side as an additional treat without us even asking. I wouldn't get ice cream cakes anywhere else! He loved it and we received so many compliments. I would highly recommend.

This location had only 3 flavors of soft serve (the one in Naugatuck has 6). There were also no waffle cones. Other than the limitations on options, the soft serve strawberry was pretty good. Would have given more stars if there were any type of waffle cone available.

Ordered a large cup of ice cream and about half was filled. The size chart on wall of cup and ice cream was much larger portion size, misleading. Ice cream did taste good. Good service. Not worth the trip.
