I’m so upset with the service here. I wanted ranch with my fries and the server was so mean. He told my mom to “go get the ranch herself, if we want it that bad” Super disrespectful. Don’t come here, servers name was tony.

I came here in a great mood and walk out extremely disappointed. Food was good but server was very disrespectful. It was a young man with brown curls and his name was tony if i remember correctly. He rarely came to check on us and kept giving us an attitude, i completely understand if he was under pressure but i never would think i would be told “that’s not my problem” by a chilis server. My children waited 20 minutes to receive their side of ranch after we told him 2 times they only like to eat their fries with ranch. We ended up leaving 2 hours later after all the issues we faced. Never again will i come to this chilis.

By far and large the worst chillis location I have ever been to. We have given this location multiple tries and every time we are disappointed. Not once but twice have left without being served after being quoted a 10 minute wait and waiting well over 30 minutes. If you can happen to get sat the food is decent although tonight even the food was cold.

I dined in this past tuesday and I had such an amazing experience. Our server Amina was amazing ! She made sure to answer any questions as well as giving recommendations. Our food was hot and delicious . I will def be coming back !
Placed an order for salsa/guacamole/queso for the fajitas I was making for supper. I forgot to add a side of peppers and onions. I mentioned at pickup and they quickly added to my order. Thank you for the great customer service.

Stopped by Chili’s in Glastonbury and had an awesome time. Khalifa took care of our table and was super chill, attentive, and made the whole visit smooth. Food was solid and service was on point. I’ll definitely be back!

This is hands down the best Chili’s I’ve ever been to. The teamwork here is next-level—servers jump in to help each other out and check on tables even if they’re not their own. The food is always on point, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can really tell they care about the guest experience.
