Love the atmosphere. Our waitress had a shining personality..so friendly, very welcoming & helpful. However the chef did "forget " to put in one of the entries...manager took off the bill & offered a free dessert. Salsa & chips were fresh, crunchy & DELUCIOUS with generous porportions.

I was a regular in the to go area. Usually the food was what you’d expect for 11$ … easy alternative to fast food chains! Past few times something was always incorrect though. My last experience was where the line was drawn though as it was raw in the middle, bun drenched in grease & lettuce thrown all around the container. I ordered a side of Mac n cheese for approx 6$ which was 3 teaspoons worth (literally). Not even luke warm.Again, only being 11$ + a Mac n cheese, I simply called back immediately upon opening the Togo bag at home mentioning it would be appreciated to come back for a replacement later in the week. Wasn’t too big of a deal, just a wasted meal that ended up in the trash. On the call, the staff mentioned it was no problem, all was fine.Fast forward to 3 days ago, I call back to honor the replacement meal only for a cranky sounding older gentleman to answer with snarky remarks about there being a policy for no call back meals. I attempted to obtain clarification as this was just relayed to me not even 4 days beforehand. Nonetheless, I said a refund would suffice as I’d simply be coming back in anyways. He then got even more aggressive telling me that I could not come in with my apple tap card for a refund. Naturally, and in disbelief this was allegedly the GM, I shrugged with aggravation only resulting in the already seemingly rude older gentleman to tell me never to return. He hung up and now trying to call back for my 17$ refund, he had clearly instructed the staff to park me on hold as I’ve tried 4 times in a row totaling over 15 minutes.So unprofessional and nasty. The to go staff are always exemplary..kitchen and food seem to depend on who is cooking but I’m telling you, never have I had a conversation with such an angry or volatile elderly gentlemen. Especially an alleged GM.I love Chilis & will happily take my business elsewhere. But had to share this experience as it has cost me.

Food was 10+ plus minutes late and when we arrived home and unpacked everything, the bag of chips was less than half full and the skillet quesos were also barely full. The food was cold and inedible. When we called the restaurant to express our disappointment we were given attitude from the manager and told to “not bother coming back”

Had a pick up order the other day , was waiting outside for a while in curbside , I can see the pick up people in the window having a whole conversation ignoring me , then a girl opens the curtain to look because my lights were beaming into were they were. She sees I’m in curbside and continues her conversation. I had checked in as well as soon as I got there. I continue to be ignored and not attended too so they can have a conversation. I end up calling because I’ve been there for a while now , she answers with an entire attitude saying nope I did not receive your check in. That’s a lie I tried to check in twice and it wouldn’t let me do it a second time because I was already checked in and she proceeded to have an attitude and hang up in my face. Absolutely rude when I was being nice and if you want to have a conversation do it after you attend to your customers.
