This place really needs a turn around staff need to be retrained or fired this place is chaos, staff are really rude acting like they dont wanna work..cussing at customers starting with Iris so called boss!! She shouldn't even be in the front line never mind holding what ever position she holds.it should be snatched from her and retrain or better yet fired..this place is G H E T T O!!

Everyone seemed miserable ESPECIALLY the manager with the piercing in her lip her i believe her name is iris. No one smiles about 3 ppl saw me including the manager and just looked at me until the 4th person came and ask what she could get for me. The manager also became annoyed with me because i wanted VEGGIES on the side and started mumbling things under her breathe to the employees that was attending to me because she would look at me then the other employee would laugh. The manager also claimed that I would be charged for the SMALL sides of VEGGIES I wanted which is inaccurate its only extra if u get guac (unless u have a veggie meal then its free), queso, or a protein. I am very familiar with the company and its policies and i also associate with several GM throughout the company. They definitely need to work on their hospitality and the management needs to be more knowledgeable and set an example for their crew. Also whoever is prepping the food has a heavy hand with the salt, I had to throw out my guac because it was just way to salty and i didnt want to go back after already being irritated with the terrible service. 1st and last time I will go here

I was in line just waiting to be served next to pick out my bowl, and I was standing behind a woman who was just starting to order hers. She asked a question about her food and the lady serving her, who was a manager started cussing and yelling at the woman. Just seemed unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

Whoever did the food today, that was the best Chipotle food we've ever eaten in our lives. Even the chimichurri was perfect. Would love to know whoever cooked it, must be an amazing chef. Every bite made me feel so happy.

This review is about my last visit. After my son’s practice we stopped in before our long ride back home. I ordered a burrito that would have been nice if what happened did not upset me. My son ordered a bowl he enjoyed it. I ordered a burritos the lady is a great job making it. I am very picky, she worked with me. When I get to check out I order a bottle of Sprite. I asked for a cup so that I can through the Sprite into and add ice. They gave me a water cup. I asked for a size begger because when you add ice, it does not hold in the cup leaving me to either drink the reminder from the bottle or drink out of the cup and then add the reminder from from the bottle. The cashier was going to hand me the cup. Just before doing so I am assuming it was the person in charge, a young lady said I would have to pay for a regular cup. I explain to them just bought the bottle I need to travel 2 hours back home. The water cup wasn’t big enough.!I was still told I have to pay for the cup. Then the bomb shell is the process for the cup $3.50. I said what I just paid for a bottle of Sprite and now I have to pay the same price just for a regular cup. My patience has been very short lately. I was getting irritated. I attempted to returning my drink. She Rossini can’t return because the bottle was already open. Soni had to take the small cup add ice, throw the out the Sprite into the cup and then the leftover from the bottle through out. My whole ride back home was filled with disappointment. I can’t belief how Chipotle don’t support their customers I payed over $30 plus on food and then being charge for another I drink that was not needed. Thanks for a disappointing experience. Left me with distaste, and upset stomach. From my experience.

Worst location I’ve ever been to not welcoming everyone look exhausted and ready to go I arrived at 10:20 on the dot proceed to the counter then this lady comes up stares at me before she spoke I order my food it’s barley anything left she ask me what I wanted I told her then I ask for corn and guacamole she said it’s none I said y’all don’t have any at all like none in store ? She says none like girl who is you fooling it’s 10:20 yall close at 11! Stop being lazy and go replenish this stuff Untill it’s time to go you got people still coming in your acting like it’s closing time it’s still a whole 45 min like erked my nerves so bad like get it together especially if yours open late you should be prepared ! And it was garbage !!! Omg I’m so mad they need to have a serious staff meeting or something because now seeing the reviews I would have never came here ! Disgusting and dissatisfied !

This location has gone downhill. I don’t know if it’s new staff or new management. I was told to wait - I was the only one in line. Then received 6 total pieces of chicken. I asked for a little more and they said would be extra for another scoop. My bowl is watery with a pound of tomatoes and 6 pieces of chicken. I would go to a different location if looking for chipotle. Really unfortunate - same experience the last 2 times. I hope others have a better experience
