Ordered a burrito and a bowl on the mobile app, showed up at pickup time to a huge line. They said their system was down, they can’t make any food and they can’t refund me. How useless can you be without a computer? Is it really that hard to do basic math so you can continue to conduct business?

Outrageously expensive. $15.62 total for one burrito. Sure I got gaucamole on it as an extra- for $2.85! Stars for food quality compared to other Chipotle locations, but will not be returning to pay that price.

As a doordash driver, every single time I have an order here and it’s 30-60 mins before they close, doesn’t matter when you show up they’ll all be cleaning and you’ll ask for you order and then you’ll wait another 5 minutes until they start making it, then another 5 minutes while they make it when it could have been made before you even showed up but they want to leave early so they clean everything instead of making the orders.

The Glastonbury store is a total disaster. Today no utensils and we were told after we ordered. The place is a mess, employee wandering around in the kitchen on his phone. Sodas don’t work correctly, frozen drinks aren’t in operation. This place is high risk disaster every time you go in there. Don’t do it!!! Don’t go there!!!
