The food is fresh and delicious! The Choppers (employees haha) are courteous and friendly. They switched gloves and had an extremely clean food prep area. The cafe is clean and bright, yet the temperature in the dining area was a bit cold for the season, as it's mid-December. Overall, I'm satisfied and will return many more times!

For 20 bucks the build your own salmon salad is definitely not worth it. I should’ve walked over to Whole Foods instead if I knew I was gonna spend that much if I didn’t ask for extra dressing, it would’ve been a dry salad when I got home.

Love to eat here when I need lunch in Glastonbury. Fresh and fast meals that are calorie conscious and have a good amount of protein. Customer service is always great too, very helpful & friendly. There are a bunch of places to plug-in if you need to hang out for a while too.

Food is healthy, customizable and delicious. I do think it’s a little pricey for an everyday lunch, but I do like getting it as a treat. I’ve been trying to eat heart healthy and this place makes it really easy! Plus if you order ahead, the food is always ready on time.
The flow and layout of the restaurant were absolutely on point — everything just made sense. You instantly knew where to start, where to order, and where to pick up your food if you were on the go. The space is very family-friendly, and it was great to see that the place stayed clean, well-presented, and welcoming throughout our visit.
The staff were knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate every customer’s needs. The value of the meal matched perfectly with the portion sizes — generous, delicious, and worth every penny.
If anyone walks away with a negative experience here, it’s hard to believe it’s because of Chopt. This place delivers quality, comfort, and great service from start to finish!

I visited chopt for the first time recently. I had the steak southwest salad minus the steak. The service was exceptional. The young lady that served me was Niya. Very pleasant. The food was ok. But, it is something I can make at home for least. However, I did appreciate the service provided. It is rare to find pleasant people.
