Chopt in Glastonbury is one of my favorite places to grab lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always clean.

I had the pleasure of getting a salad there today. I wish I had asked the name of the person who helped me. They were awesome (attending school for a degree in hospitality)! I went off menu and just chose the ingredients I like. They made good suggestions and let me sample 3 dressings before making a choice (balsamic vinaigrette). I ate as much as I could and saved the rest for dinner. Very nice restaurant, helpful staff. I wish there was one close to me.

Can you leave more than 5 Stars..... Our first time ever at Chopt and we can't wait to return. Went in once and did a "Craft Your Own" Salad made by Sam, it was so exceptional that we decided we didn't want to share so I went back in a few moments later and had a duplicate salad made, this time by Joe. Both salads are out of this world, fresh ingredients, so flavorful and amazing dressings (got 2 on the side to try because couldn't decide). Sam and Joe are amazing at building your salad and Chopt is lucky to have employees like this representing the store and taking care of their customers. Look forward to many more trips to Chopt for these great great salads.

I’ve ordered takeout from here a few times, usually a salad and a wrap. The wraps have been excellent. The salads are hit or miss. For example, sometimes it’s filled to the brim, other times, maybe 3/4, inconsistent protein volume, completely fragmented falafel, etc. It’s definitely one of the healthiest options when it comes to takeout, just surprising the quality control isn’t better.
Got the salmon miso and blissful harvest, really good!

Obsessed with Chopt I drive 45 mins to get it, the wraps are bomb and as a vegetarian I love that I can sub any meat for tofu easily. Store is clean and beautifully designed, staff is friendly and competent. There was a mistake with my order and it was fixed swiftly.
