“Carvel is always good for soft serve, but I decided I wanted some mint chocolate chip today and I was a little disappointed. Although it was the bottom of the barrel, I was still hoping it would be nice and creamy, but it wasn't. The shop looks a little tired but the young man that waited on me couldn't have been nicer and more professional.“

“The food is great, well seasoned, and cooked. The cook knows exactly what he is doing.
Customer service needs work, a little more, and greet customers. Also, paying for a bag is crazy we need a bag to stop the gravy from leaking all over our car/clothes.
Food presentation needs work, jerk, and stew chicken needs to be cut into smaller portions, including the yams.
Overall, the food is excellent, the restaurant is clean, bathroom clean. I will definitely recommend this spot.“
