Such a cute little coffee shop! Love that they have the Roastery right in the shop and it smells so much like coffee as soon as you enter. The employees were super friendly & the prices were very reasonable. The iced coffee with maple was delicious, but the flavoring wasn’t very sweet (not a bad thing, just something to note). They don’t have a lot of seating available and the place was busy, so I wouldn’t plan to hang out here for too long without feeling like you’re in the way. Also, they have very few food options. But overall, a nice local coffee spot that’s perfect for grabbing a pick-me-up on the go!
Nice quiet spot. Plenty of room to enjoy your coffee. Latte was spot on, foam and milk was great, not burnt at all. Coming back for sure.
We were visiting our son from out of state and stopped by! Hands down, the best coffee I have ever had! We had croissants also that tasted just like the ones that we had in Paris! The staff were warm and welcoming, the other customers were as well! We all loved this place so much that I want to move to Glastonbury just to go here daily! Plus, it smells like heaven when you walk in the door with the scent of fresh roasted beans!
I came here the day before Mother’s Day to get some fresh ground coffee for my mom. The latte I got was very good and the ground coffee was delicious!
Daybreak Coffee Roasters is a local gem in Glastonbury! Sitting right on Main Street in the old Franklin’s Pharmacy building, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. It’s also a great people-watching spot if you enjoy a little buzz with your brew.
Their Lavender Vanilla Iced Latte is a standout—smooth, floral, and just the right amount of sweet. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, and I love the bonus of day-old pastries for just $1—a total steal and still totally yummy. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch coffee. Highly recommend!

The chai latte is very watered down. It was cold when served. I came from west Hartford. Really disappointed. Seriously need to work on it.

Wonderful local coffee shop with a friendly staff, they are talented baristas too--pretty lattes and fast service:) nice atmosphere, clean, always good music. Pastries are fresh and yummy. You can hang out and watch the roasters do their thing if that interests you! Lovely patio right out front with some shade. Plenty of seating. Clientele is friendly and polite. ❤️ Grateful to have Daybreak Coffee for my work go-to!

Cute place with nice ambience. Very friendly service, I asked for my lavender latte to be less sweet and they made it perfectly.
Espresso is very smooth. I also enjoyed the raspberry iced tea which comes unsweetened but they can add agave or simple syrup. Also get to see beans being roasted and there’s chocolates for sale

This coffee shop opened in 1989 and they roast the coffee beans they acquire, in small batches. They have two entrances, one on the side and one in the front. We walked through the front and it was surprisingly a long hallway. There were tables up front which was quiet. You can see the coffee roaster displayed there. The counter is in the back; there were a ton of employees working and they were all so friendly, smiley, and welcoming. There were plenty of seating as well. We found free parking easily on street. The place was nicely decorated and clean. I ordered an iced latte and it was great; the prices were comparable to other coffee shops. They also had cookies which my toddler enjoyed. Overall, a great coffee shop!
Employee Kevin Rodriguez told Glastonbury Officers he would spit in the coffee of any Police who came into the business, after being arrested. The business was previously owned by Carmelo Bongiorno and used to be law enforcement friendly. The new ownership has not shown their distain for law enforcement. There are plenty of other options in a time where so much hate is being shown in our country.
Good place to buy whole beans coffee. It's a bit expensive, tbh but quality costs. However, the coffee made by baristas could be better.
Didn't get any food but their coffee and teas are great!
