The young lady Ashley was excellent, Before taking my order I was noticing how pleasant with other customers also her customer service it’s always good to see someone so happy in places this. Always greeting customers with a smile. Thanks we need more people in customer service like this.

The manager is nasty, unprofessionals. She doesn’t wear gloves when preparing the food. This place is disgusting the bathroom had feces on the toilet cover. They seam not to care.

Ordered a donut, breakfast sandwich and a coffee.
Coffee and donut were quick but I waited for over 15 minutes for the sandwich. Had to leave without my sandwich or I would have been late for work. This was early in the morning, mind you, at a location without a drive-thru and very few customers in line.
The whole thing cost $11 which is more than I pay for a quality breakfast at a local diner. Lesson learned, I guess.
Almost 20 minutes for a mobile order always the same thing everybody walking around doing nothing!!!!

I mean… it’s DunkinIt’s fast foodStaff was friendly food was as expected, this isn’t a gourmet coffee shop.I don’t expect it to be.DD is a decent quick stop while on the run.I take a bacon egg and cheese wrap and a snackin’ bacon side - make it all one big wrap with a coffee and I’m good.
