Employees smoking cigarettes outside right by the door where you walk in attitude from the people that work there can't understand basic directions. A slow and wouldn't put the coffee in my reusable mug.Because it wasn't from dunkin honestly, looked like a bunch of junkies working there

Of all of the Dunkin’s in the area and in the state, this is the fastest and most efficient Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. From ordering to the window, my order is ready and in my hands. It’s also always correct. If I ask for no cheese, there’s no cheese. If I say cream no sugar, there’s no sugar. I’ve never waited longer than 2 minutes for my order to be taken, to be cashed out.

Brendan is amazing, money didn't go on my card and instead of pocketing it, he saved it for 2 WEEKS until I saw him again!!! Amazing humans still exist

Drive through is always fast and moving. My food is always made neat with care, and the customer service is awesome. Very nice employees have never messed up my any of my orders to this day. I would drive by other Dunkins, just to get to this one. Keep up the great work ??
Let's be honest it's the Coffee ! Coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup drives me crazy. They struggle to get your order right way too much ! But I'm there 7 days a week ? ?

I came to this Dunkin Donuts like I do every morning and can I tell you that Valeria is a very rude person 1st of all she gave me back the wrong amount of money and when I told her she was so rude, I could hear her at the drive up window and she talks down to her fellow co- workers maybe take her off the drive up window

Ice cold bacon. No syrup in my coffee. Barely any cold foam that I pay for. Employees are all so young they think what they say goes when in reality that's not how customer service works. When I say it’s ice cold you don’t argue with the customer.
