They stole my debit card. And when I asked the manager to check the cameras he said he would and then 5 minutes later an employee comes up to me and says the manager left. They’re thieves. I’m a regular here. Not only do they constanstly screw the orders up. Apperantly now they hire thieves. DONT GO HERE!!!

I'm a regular customer who goes to this dunken daily and I can honnesly say customer service became so terrible. They keep hiring new staff that never know what they are doing, drive through service is very slow, and for the past 2 months now almost everytime I go the new Staff never get my coffee orders right. This is very unexceptbale and these people who don't know how to do there jobs need to be fired. People spend there money here and not to get orders wrong almost all the time. This location needs to watch and do therough training with new employees making sure they can do there jobs right and if they can't then they have no business working there. Very unexceptable.

Went at 6pm on a Saturday they were closed but staff inside. No signs or anything had to drive up to the window for to know. There was a line behind me as well

The service was terrible, I gave the cashier the coupon for a free hashbrown and she still charged me, when I questioned her about getting the free hashbrowns she said sometimes its free and sometimes its not, I was totally confused, I showed her the coupon and it states free hashbrowns with a purchase of any breakfast sandwich, she finally gave my money back and besides all that the sandwich was overcooked.

Ladies room toilet clogged and mens room dirty andhad no toilet paper. I told two young girls. Rest rooms should be checked at least hourly and toilet paper replenished.
