Amazing food and atmosphere. Old school italian. Love the lunch special pasta meatball and sausage with salad on same plate.

Unfortunately I’ve had too many bad experiences at this location. From forgetting dressing for salads (which was the only reason why I get salads from them) and paying $24 for salad with a piece of salmon smaller than a fork is why I will be supporting other local restaurants who know how to do it right.

I had the salmon. It was delicious. Our server, Carla was really patient and sweet.

Nice environment. Good drinks and food.

Pizzas were awesome, service was lack luster to put it mildly. The hostess team was A+ though, and helped out multiple times when our server was no where to be found. Also really wasn’t pleased when our server blamed the kitchen for the wait. The wait once we ordered wasn’t long at all.. but we waited 40+ minutes to get our order in (think drinks empty and went to the bar once for a refill before she came back). Would likely go back and sit at the bar (you know you’ll have great service there) if we don’t have our little one with us.

Service was good but food was terrible. I’ve never had a Caesar salad be inedible and the salmon was grey. Sent it vback. Shrimp scampi had shells on and was 99% watery noodles. Bread was like rocks. Chicken parm was 5/10.

Food is excellent & has always been. The setting here for dining in is perfect. Today we ordered take-out & I was shocked at the portion size. Portions have been going down by fractions over the last few yrs. This is why I eat out less & less.

First time in was a Saturday at 11:45am while my wife did some shopping. Promptly seated at corner booth as requested (brought some work along) and a very pleasant waitress came right over and took my order. Got the blackened salmon sandwich with a side green salad, all of which came out of the kitchen quickly and was quite delicious. Sandwich bun was somewhat oversized for portion of salmon served, but the salmon itself was appropriately seasoned and cooked perfectly. Would definitely come back.

Parking: Seemed to be plenty of parking in lot in back of restaurant.

The past several visits I’ve noticed that the tables, walls and glass are not clean. The glass doors are disgusting. The staff is a bunch of teenagers in sneakers. There is none of the original Hartford style or commitment to excellent food and service here. No wonder you can’t get in at Bricco but this place is never busy.

My favorite restaurant for takeout pizza in the Glastonbury area which we have been ordering on Friday nights for years. Our favorite two are the Broccoli Rabe pizza and the Sweet Pea pizza.

Another plus is that the pizza, in our experience, is always on time when we pick it up. If they say it will be ready in 30 minutes, its there when we arrive.

Came in at 220pm on a saturday. Cute college age tart had no idea what a 'sour' was. Sangria on menu but once again, poor girl was clueless on how its made. Please get your staff some training! Especially at a bar on a saturday.
Came in for a snack/drink. Blue points on the menu. Got a half dozen, all good though very irregular sizing..a few super small and a couple crazy large. Ideally blue points are a pretty consistent one slurp no chew size.
Also got a pizza, recommended. Very good.
