Glastonbury Pizza House

Placed an order yesterday for large group. This is at least my 5th order here…. Food is always mostly nasty and burnt but I have given them faith. Yesterday was the last straw I was so embarrassed to serve this food. The cheese calzone was excessively burnt on the top and bottom and hardly had any cheese… it was mostly crust. Alfredo pasta had so much mozzarella melted on top that every bite was pure mozzarella cheese. The pepperoni bread was so burnt and fully black … no pepperoni was in the bread …. And again mostly crust. That was my last attempt giving them a chance. I do not recommend unless you enjoy burnt food and lots of crust with no filling.

I cannot say enough good things about this pizza place! The variety of pizzas they offer is truly impressive - from classic pepperoni to unique specialty pies, there is something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure that dining experience is top-notch.

But what really sets this place apart is the owner. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and their community. They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy and satisfied with their meal. It's rare to find such a caring and dedicated owner these days, and it really makes a difference in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Came here the past two days for lunch while working in the area. Staff were extremely nice and food was great!

The pizza is subpar to Chuck E Cheese. Came cold, no seasoning, and topping all slid off in one gelatinous piece. On top of this, with Uber we paid roughly $57 for two 10” pizzas with a tip. Outrageous.

Honestly yall used to have the best wings but lately they haven’t been the same..

I love this place! I always get the turkey bacon wrap and it’s amazing. The pizza and the fried mozzarella is so good too and the staff is so friendly & nice! 100% recommend this place !!

We found a rock in our potato skins- called restaurant - delivery man answered, told him of our find, no apology, no offer to comp order- couldn't have cared less - chicken on club sandwich and salads was rubbery and had funny taste to it - spoke to a female about this(our delivery man passed the phone off)again - nothing. "Thanks for letting us know" = bad business all around - First time definitely our last - Be warned! UPDATE: Also was promised a refund back for potato skins - never received!!

Ok so I’m not being mean just honest , $96 for 4 of us I can live with . 2 chicken tender meals , 1 tuna melt meal , 1 chicken parm 12 inch grinder with fries and a cheese/gravy over fries plate . My fiancé.and I thought we would support a smaller restaurant rather than a chain restaurant , I get chicken tenders are bought frozen but they were rubberized and the French fries soaked in old oil and not seasoned. Same chicken tenders used for my chicken parm grinder , sauce was ok and cheese melted nice but eh . The 2 biggest upsets / let downs were the tuna melt and gravy/cheese fries which we just threw out and couldn’t even eat guys ! Instead of gravy over fries it was as if the fries never got drained and saturated the french fries inedible . The tuna melt was not a traditional melt at all and holy cow overwhelming taste of very dark fishy tuna inedible as well ? perhaps their pizza is good but unfortunately after our first experience tonight we will not be returning to find out . I’m not lazy lol but bagged my dinner as well so I could carry it out to my Jeep and had to ask an employee standing 4 feet from the door if he could please help out with the door so I wouldn’t drop the food ? hey I get TV is interesting but could ya lend me a hand thx , well we tried anyways and don’t recommend sorry guys
