I'm disappointed, I asked for General Tso Shrimp on two separate occasions. The first time it was all stuck together in a pile. I thought maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. The 2nd attempt was even worst. I could just taste wet dough and shrimp. The batter was decent however very sticky and hard to separate. I've had better from the location in East Hartford. I won't waste my money again.

This is a casual American Chinese takeout restaurant. It is clean and the food, while not gourmet, is fine. The owners are there on premises. My only complaint (and this is with all take out places recently) is asking for a tip. Normally I’m fine with tipping for takeout but when the owners who have control over the prices and staff are there, it’s disingenuous.

Have ordered from here for eight years. The quality of food did not live up to past orders. Chicken in sweet and sour chicken was very hard, beef in beef and broccoli was tough and egg roll was not hot or crisp. Very disappointed

First time ordering from here and was not disappointed. Chicken wings were fried perfectly and good quality. Egg rolls were yummy and could use a little more meat. General Tso's chicken was the best I have had outside NYC. I will be back!

Gourmet Wok used to be the “go to” Chinese food in Glastonbury. Even over Wang’s Palace. Now… it quite expensive for incredibly low quality food. It’s has dramatically gone down hill! Teriyaki chicken is awful. Food is inconsistent, and teeters between edible and bad. Egg rolls are the worst I have ever had! Not worth the price, not worth the risk of ruining your night.
