Haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in at least eighteen months. I was going to rate this place much lower. But the sandwiches were made right and they were very good. But there was so much chaos behind the counter between some of the employees.I did have my doubts. Seemed one person was helping us and another and it was very confusing. I asked for a receipt. I never got one.I'll have to check my credit card to make sure I wasn't overcharged. That was the part that made me uneasy so much confusion.

I ordered a regular 56 big kahuna sub. The sub came on a piece of bread that looks like they used it to clean the grill. The meat was burnt. The sub was soggy. It was the most disgusting sub I ever had. Let’s just say I threw $12 down the tube. Thanks for a crappy dinner jersey Mike.

I like the food. But they need to adjust their pick up times. If I pick up time is at 4:54 PM, and I don’t get my food until 5:10 PM, Then that’s pretty inconvenient. And it’s a a consistent problem. Understand gets busy, but it’s happened several times.
