Amazing store. I went to Manchester and they greeted me with we don’t toast sandwiches. I called and came to Glastonbury and they welcomed me with welcome back. So so kind. Love this store staff is super friendly, I come multiple times a week now due to great service every time.

Sandwich was fine, but the service was not. The employees kept pressuring me to add more toppings and even after I politely declined multiple times, they pushed again and said my sandwich looked weird. It's a custom sandwich from your menu? It was very rude and unprofessional

Haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in at least eighteen months. I was going to rate this place much lower. But the sandwiches were made right and they were very good. But there was so much chaos behind the counter between some of the employees.I did have my doubts. Seemed one person was helping us and another and it was very confusing. I asked for a receipt. I never got one.I'll have to check my credit card to make sure I wasn't overcharged. That was the part that made me uneasy so much confusion.
