Been to a couple Jersey mikes, Loved my experience here very organized and service is great especially during their rush. Although it takes awhile for hot subs during peak hours, still Definitely worth taking a 15 minute drive for me.

I ordered approx 15 minutes before I got there and had to wait another 15 minutes. People were coming in and ordering and leaving before me. At least 10 to 15. Doesn’t make sense.

Guy who made my food was awful. Super slow, spent more time talking to staff rather than making the sandwich, it was like watching someone make a sandwich in frame by frame motion, spoke super soft so I couldn’t hear him. The staff acts like it’s a hang out not a job, I get you’re in there for hours and talking happens but work first talk later. They need a new crew that doesn’t act like people don’t have things to do besides watch them talk about non sense. Food was good

This location is always busy when I go. Even so the staff always seem to knock my order out quickly. The few times there was a wait you could tell it was not from a lack of hustle or trying. While I highly recommend this location you all should stop coming here…. when I’m here :) .

Amazing store. I went to Manchester and they greeted me with we don’t toast sandwiches. I called and came to Glastonbury and they welcomed me with welcome back. So so kind. Love this store staff is super friendly, I come multiple times a week now due to great service every time.
